Questions: Raw

Last Night's "Go Home" show was spot on! It had a lot to offer. From Bray Wyatt to Santino Marella, and from Goldust to The Rated R Superstar, Edge. We were also given a match I've been waiting for in the main event, Daniel Bryan vs Dean Ambrose. After a great show like that, it's time for some questions!

Is Christian Going Anywhere?
Just as I had hoped for, Edge's best friend Christian was able to be included in his segment, but not exactly the way I pictured it. Edge complained about the way Triple H was handling the company, and he responded by having The Shield attack Christian. We all know that Edge will never be able to wrestle again because of back problems, so this was a good move by Hunter. Christian was dragged to the stage, shirt torn apart, and beaten badly by the self proclaimed "Hounds of Justice". It's tough seeing Christian like this because as much as I would love to believe this will lead to a well deserved push, it probably won't. As I've said before, the reaction Christian got at Summer Slam was incredible, and WWE should have used that to their advantage. Unfortunately, it was wasted. We have to give WWE the benefit of the doubt, and hope for the best.

Is Booker T Secretly Part of Triple H's Corporation?
Last night Booker T confronted The Big Show in the locker room. He told Big Show that he has to continue doing what Triple H, his boss, tells him to do for the sake of his family. Booker told him that knocking out an already beaten Daniel Bryan last week was the best thing he could have done. This is totally the opposite of what the WWE fans think, which makes me believe Booker T is now on the dark side. A few weeks ago Booker T tried to persuade Daniel Bryan to just surrender to Triple H a lot like he did The Big Show this week. As of right now it seems like Booker is only hinting a heel turn, but don't be surprised if one night Booker T is walking alongside Triple H, or even making biased calls like Triple H does.

Why is Dolph Ziggler Being Buried?
It might just be me, but lately things haven't been looking good for The Show Off. Dolph Ziggler has lost to Ryback twice last week, and Bray Wyatt last night. He even lost to Antonio Cesaro on Superstars, but I don't think that matters. Two months ago Dolph Ziggler was on top of the world. He was the #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship, and had the fans behind him. I was prepared to see Ziggler finally make the title important again. Instead of being the current champion, he's jobbing to monsters and not even getting his entrance aired on tv. I am worried that Dolph might have angered someone important backstage, and is now getting punished for it. I hope I'm wrong, and this is just a small blockade in Dolph's path to the top.

Who is Paul Heyman's Doctor?
Last night Paul Heyman attempted to get out of his match against CM Punk at Night of Champions by faking an injury. When a backstage worker offered to get a doctor Heyman demanded he only use his personal doctor. Heyman, Curtis Axel, the WWE doctor, and Heyman's personal doctor all came out to the arena. Paul tried to explain that his doctor has said he is too hurt to perform at Night of Champions. The WWE doctor insisted that he double check, and if Heyman knows he's hurt he'll let the doctor do his job. The doctor proceeded to check him, and when he was done he stated that Paul Heyman is healthy enough to fight. Heyman became furious and started to complain. This didn't last too long as CM Punk's music hit, and the man himself came out with a kendo stick. After running into the ring he began swinging the kendo stick at Heyman and Curtis Axel, but they retreated leaving his personal doctor in the ring alone with CM Punk. Punk began beating the doctor with the stick, sending a message to Paul Heyman, and Curtis Axel.
I noticed that the doctor was pretty fit, and did some research. He is an independent wrestler that goes by the name Asylum. He is ripped, and not bad in the ring. It will be interesting if WWE did get to sign this young man, and send him to developmental.

Can We Get More Cesaro vs Santino?
With Zeb Colter by his side, Antonio Cesaro geared up in the ring for a match against an opponent that had been missing for quite a while. It was Santino Marella. This guy received a tremendous pop, and the Toronto crowd was excited to see the "Italian" wrestler back in action (he's really from Canada). I was too. These guys put on a funny and entertaining match. The best spot of the match, of course, was Antonio Cesaro grabbing his legs and spinning Santino around for a very long time. Santino played dizzy for a moment, but was still able to get the victory via a rollup. I enjoyed this match a lot more than I expected, and I hope they fight again. I know Cesaro has to be angry that he lost, so he will look for revenge.

Final Thoughts
Overall, this show was great for what it was. It has me excited for Night of Champions, and the Raw that follows. Even though this is not a review I want to grade this show anyway with a 4/5.
